Information We Collect

We may collect information you enter into our tools, including loan type, balance range, employment type, income range, state, calculator inputs, forgiveness-check inputs, school searches, name, email, phone, consent choices, and TrustedForm certificate URL if you submit contact information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide educational checklists, estimate planning figures, respond to requests, improve the site, prevent abuse, and help admins review registrant activity. We do not determine official eligibility for repayment plans, forgiveness, discharge, or other federal programs.

What We Do Not Collect

Do not send or enter your FSA ID, password, Social Security number, date of birth, full loan account number, tax documents, or uploaded loan files. StudentLoan HelpHub does not need those items to provide educational planning tools.

Cookies, Analytics, And Tracking

We may use first-party cookies or local browser storage to keep a visitor ID, remember non-contact tool choices, measure page activity, and understand which guides or tools are useful. If advertising pixels or retargeting tools are added, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.

Contact Preferences

Email and phone/text consent are optional. Consent is not required to use the free tools. You can unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts where available.

Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, hosting, analytics, lead verification, or communications. We do not sell FSA IDs, passwords, SSNs, or official loan credentials because we do not collect them.

Contact

Questions can be sent through the contact page. This policy is a launch draft and should be reviewed by counsel before scaling paid acquisition.
